A drone show in Goa usually goes up at beachfront resorts, riverside venues and hotel lawns. Goa runs November to February, once the monsoon has cleared, which is when the sky over it is most reliably clear after dark.
On the practical side, wind off the Arabian Sea has to go into the flight plan in a way an inland venue never needs. Two hundred drones, nothing that burns or falls.
